What is arroz con camaron made of
The ingredients for arroz con camarón or (shrimp rice) are: rice cooked in the broth of the shrimp, onions, peppers, tomatoes, garlic, achiote, cumin, parsley and shrimp.
How to eat arroz con camaron
You will enjoy your arroz con camaron together with fried “ripe” or green plantain chips/patacones.
In addition, you may want to add some ketchup or mayo. This is completely up to each person.
If you visit the Coastal region and most restaurants offering traditional food, you will find this dish in the menu.
