Solastranden est une plage proche de l’aéroport et qui s’étend sur 2,3 km. Elle est l’une des plages les plus populaires de la région de Stavanger, ainsi qu’un lieu idéal pour la pratique des sports de voile et aquatiques. Vous trouverez également un parcours de Golf légèrement au Sud de la plage de Sola.
Le Sola Strand Hotel comprend des petites boutiques, des WC et un parking, des cabines et des toilettes sont accessibles au Sud de la plage.
Des traces de la 2nde Guerre Mondiale sont visibles du côté Sud de la plage.
