La commune de Klepp possède les plus longues plages de sables fin de Norvège: 11km au total, et de longues étendues de dunes qui possèdent leur propre faune et flore. L’ensemble des espaces occupés par les plages de Jæren est classé réserve naturelle, et participe à la conservation de la vie animale.
Au centre de loisir de Orre (Friluftshuset), vous trouverez tous les renseignements nécessaires concernant les plages de Jæren qui sont des réserves pittoresques, ainsi qu’une large gamme d’activités de plein air accessibles dans les environs.
Les plages suivantes sont balisées: Ogna, Brusand, Nærland and Refsnes (Hå), Orre and Bore (Klepp), Hellestø, Byberg, Vigdel, Ølberg and Solastranden (Sola), Viste and Sande (Randaberg).
